Listening Software<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In Costa Rica, electronic scams are registered and reported, however, there is no space to report “attempts” of fraud. Nevertheless, people use different online spaces to tell their stories, on social networks like Facebook or X, one can recognize the experiences of people who were “almost” scammed.<\/p>\n

Recognizing new scam modalities and forms of deception in time allows institutions to report reputational risks for their brand and for their clients.<\/p>\n
